Payment Policy
At this time, Roaring Brook Speech-Language Pathology, PLLC does not accept insurance. We are a private pay-only practice. Payment is due in full at the time of services rendered. Payment is accepted in the forms of cash, credit card, check, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Venmo. If paying by check, please make payable to the order of Roaring Brook Speech-Language Pathology, PLLC.

No-Show/Cancellation Policies
No-shows will be subject to a service charge. If you must cancel an appointment due to illness or other reasons, please provide notice, if possible, within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

Illness Policy
Especially during this Covid-era, please cancel your child’s appointment if they have a fever or are not feeling well. Children must be fever and symptom-free for 24 hours without the use of OTC medications (e.g., Tylenol, Motrin) before returning to the office for services. The health and safety of our employees, patients, and their families is our number one priority.
